These terms apply to the public Infinity Call marketing website. They do not replace a customer agreement for the Infinity Call application.

Website content describes current product direction and general capabilities. Specific availability, onboarding, telephony configuration, support, pricing and commercial terms must be confirmed in writing.
Responsible use
Customers and users are responsible for lawful calling permissions, consent, scripts, do-not-call handling, caller identification, recording notices, number use and compliance with applicable laws and provider policies. Infinity Call must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized communications.
No automated-calling promise
The standard product described here is human-led and manual click-to-call. The website does not promise predictive dialing, auto-dialing, robocalling, SMS or call recording.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee call connection rates, sales, revenue, conversion, availability of telephone numbers, carrier approval or uninterrupted third-party telephony service.
Intellectual property
Infinity Call branding, site design, written content and product interface are protected materials of their respective owner. Access to this site does not grant a license to copy, resell or create derivative materials.
Third-party services
Telephony, hosting, email and security services may depend on third-party providers and their terms, availability and policies.
